Born in California at the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains

Rode horses before walking

Lived in Spain (2yrs), Mexico (2+yrs) and Costa Rica (~1yr)

Started teaching in Long Beach, CA in 1994

Attended Cal Poly Pomona, CSU San Bernardino (BA Spanish), Complutense (Madrid, Spain), CSU Long Beach (Taught Spanish 4), and CSU Dominguez Hills (Teacher Credentialing Program)
