About Me
My objective is to provide my students with the necessary 21st century skills of collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity that will lead to the development of a growth mindset that is essential to be academically successful. In the process, I want to develop a culturally responsive classroom promoting equity, inclusivity, relevancy, and students' funds of knowledge. Meeting my students Social Emotional Learning to develop their self – efficacy, self – management, and social awareness is a priority in my classroom. My goal is to make sure to address students' academic and social needs to be able to accelerate student achievement.
