A-G DIPLOMA COUNSELOR
Hi! My name is Ms. Santos and I’m the A-G Counselor at Fleming Middle School, here to support students—especially 8th graders—as they prepare for high school by building strong relationships that keep them motivated, confident, and on track to culminate. I believe that with the right support and a growth mindset, every student can learn, grow, and succeed.
Through the A-G Diploma Program, I provide early support, ongoing encouragement, and connect students with helpful resources. I also lead classroom presentations, organize fun and meaningful lunch activities, and host workshops to keep families involved. At Fleming, I’m proud to be part of a team that believes in every student’s potential.

I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science from California State University, Long Beach (Go Beach!).

I got my Master’s Degree in Social Work from California State University, Dominguez Hills (Go Toros!).

I love reading, going to concerts, visiting museums, and watching anime.

I enjoy spending time with my friends and exploring new restaurants with them.

My favorite books are East of Eden, Pachinko, and Jane Eyre.
