Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS)

Fleming takes a whole-school approach to its PBIS program, focusing on student support. Teachers provide every day supports including creating positive classroom environments, reinforcing positive behavior, and providing social-emotional lessons and check-ins. Our Restorative Justice team works closely with teachers and the counseling department to provide additional supports to ensure that all our Fleming Falcons are successful.
