Fines • Loaners • Lost & Found Devices
To ensure all students have access to working technology, the following policies apply to all school-issued devices.
💻 Repair & Replacement Costs
The following fines may be assigned if a device is damaged, lost, or not returned:

Full Chromebook Replacement – $270

Chromebook Screen Replacement – $100
-
6th Generation iPad – $100
-
7th Generation iPad or Newer – $140
🔄 Lost Devices & Loaner Policy
If a student reports a device as lost:

A temporary loaner may be issued.

Students have one (1) week to locate and return the original device.
After One Week:
-
The device will be classified as lost.

A replacement fine will be incurred.
-
The loaner device must be returned immediately.
Failure to return a loaner will result in additional replacement charges.
🔎 Found Devices & Refunds
If a replacement fine has been paid and the original device is later found:

The device must be returned in good working condition.

Refunds will be issued only if the device is returned before the start of Winter Break, Spring Break, or Summer Break.
Once a school break begins, replacement orders and inventory reconciliation are finalized. Devices returned after a break has started are not eligible for refund.
💳 Payment & Promotion

Fines should be paid promptly.

All outstanding technology fines must be resolved prior to promotion activities.
Failure to pay fines in full may result in transcripts being withheld until the balance is cleared.
